중소기업협동조합법 제68조(출자 1좌 금액의 감소)

①조합은 출자 1좌 금액의 감소를 의결하면 의결한 날부터 2주일 이내에 재무상태표를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2025.1.21>

②조합은 제1항의 기간에 채권자에 대하여 이의가 있으면 일정한 기간에 신청하여야 할 것을 공고함과 동시에 이미 알고 있는 채권자에 대하여는 개별적으로 최고(催告)하여야 한다.

③제2항의 이의신청 기간은 30일 이상으로 하여야 한다.
