중소기업협동조합법 제66조(임원 개선의 청구)

①조합원은 총 조합원 4분의 1 이상의 연서(連署)로 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 임원의 전부 또는 일부를 개선(改選)하도록 청구할 수 있다.

②제1항에 따른 청구에 대하여 총회에서 총 조합원 과반수의 출석과 출석 조합원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성으로 의결하면 그 임원은 당연히 해임된다.

③제1항에 따른 청구가 있으면 이사장은 총회 회의일의 7일 전에 해당 임원에게 개선의 사유를 알리고 총회에서 의견을 진술할 기회를 주어야 한다.
