중소기업협동조합법 제60조(감사의 직무)

①감사는 조합의 재산과 업무 집행 상황을 감사하여 총회에 보고하여야 한다.

②감사는 조합의 재산 상황 또는 업무 집행에 관하여 부정한 사실을 발견하면 이를 총회, 주무관청과 연합회 또는 중앙회에 보고하여야 한다.

(2) Where웨어 an앤 auditor오디터 discovers디스커^v버즈 any에니 irregularity이^r레귤레^r러티 in인 the^ð더 cooperative's코아퍼^r레이티^v브즈 financial^f퍼낸실 status스태터스 or오 execution엑서큐션 of어^v브 business,비즈니스 he히 or오 she쉬 shall섈 report^r리포트 it잇 to투 the^ð더 general제너^r럴 meeting,미팅 the^ð더 competent캄퍼틴트 authority,어^θ쏘^r러티 and앤드 the^ð더 federation^f페더^r레이션 or오 the^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Federation.^f페더^r레이션

③조합이 이사장 또는 이사와 계약을 할 때에는 감사가 조합을 대표한다. 조합과 이사장 또는 이사 사이의 소송에 관하여도 또한 같다.
