Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives Act, Article 47 (Matters to Be Resolved by the General Meeting)

①다음 각 호의 사항은 총회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다.

②정관의 내용 중 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 변경하려면 주무관청의 인가를 받아야 한다. 다만, 주무관청에서 정한 정관례(定款例)에 따라 변경하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
