중소기업협동조합법 제23조(지분의 양도)

①조합원은 조합의 승인 없이는 그 지분을 양도하지 못한다.

②조합원 외의 자가 지분을 양수하려면 가입의 예에 따라야 한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 other어^ð더 than^ð댄 a어 member멤버 who후 intends인텐즈 to투 acquire어콰이어 an앤 equity에쿼티 share셰어 shall섈 follow^f팔로 the^ð더 procedure프^r러시저 for^f포 joining.조이닝

③지분의 양수인은 그 지분에 관하여 양도인의 권리와 의무를 승계한다.

(3) The^ð더 transferee트^r랜스^f퍼^r리 of어^v브 an앤 equity에쿼티 share셰어 shall섈 succeed석시드 to투 the^ð더 rights^r라잇츠 and앤드 obligations아블러게이션즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 transferor트^r랜스^f퍼^r러 with위^ð드 respect^r리스펙트 to투 that^ð댓 equity에쿼티 share.셰어

④조합원은 지분을 공유하지 못한다.
