중소기업협동조합법 제16조(출자)

①조합원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 1좌(座) 이상의 출자를 하여야 한다.

②출자 1좌의 금액은 균일하여야 한다.

③한 조합원의 출자좌수는 출자 총좌수의 100분의 20을 넘어서는 안 된다.

(3) The^ð더 number넘버 of어^v브 investment인^v베스트먼트 units유넛츠 of어^v브 one원 member멤버 shall섈 not낫 exceed익시드 20/100 of어^v브 the^ð더 total토우틀 number넘버 of어^v브 investment인^v베스트먼트 units.유넛츠

④조합원은 출자금의 납입에 관하여 상계로써 조합에 대항하지 못한다.

(4) A어 member멤버 may메이 not낫 set셋 off오^f프 against어겐스트 the^ð더 cooperative코아퍼^r레이티^v브 with위^ð드 respect^r리스펙트 to투 payment페이먼트 of어^v브 investment.인^v베스트먼트

⑤조합원이 휴업한 때, 사업의 일부를 폐지하거나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유가 있을 때에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 사업연도 말에 한정하여 그 출자좌수를 줄일 수 있다.

⑥제5항의 경우에는 제26조를 준용한다.

(6) Article아터클 26 shall섈 apply어플라이 mutatis뮤타티즈 mutandis뮤탠디즈 to투 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (5).

⑦조합원의 책임은 그 출자액을 한도로 한다.

(7) A어 member's멤버즈 liability라이어빌리티 shall섈 be비 limited리머티드 to투 the^ð디 amount어마운트 of어^v브 his히즈 or오 her허 investment.인^v베스트먼트
