①중소기업공제사업기금은 다음 각 호의 재원으로 조성한다.

②중소기업자는 중소기업공제사업기금에 가입할 수 있다. 다만, 중앙회와 중소기업공제사업기금의 운용목적에 부합하지 아니한 자 등 대통령령으로 정하는 중소기업자는 중소기업공제사업기금에 가입할 수 없다. <개정 2010.6.8>
