중소기업협동조합법 제107조(사업계획의 승인)

①중앙회는 사업연도 개시일부터 2개월 이내에 사업계획과 수지예산서를 작성하여 총회의 의결을 거쳐, 총회가 종료한 날부터 2주일 이내에 주무관청에 승인을 신청하여야 한다. 이를 변경할 때에도 또한 같다.

②제1항의 승인을 받기 전의 일반경비와 긴급한 사업비는 전년도 예산에 준하여 지출할 수 있다.
