②중앙회는 제1항의 사업을 추진하기 위하여 필요하면 주무관청의 승인을 받아 다른 법인에 출자할 수 있다.

③중앙회는 제1항의 사업을 추진하기 위하여 필요하면 정관 또는 규약에서 정하는 바에 따라 정회원에 대하여 업무 및 회계에 관하여 보고를 요구하고 필요한 명령을 할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 Central센트^r럴 Federation^f페더^r레이션 may,메이 where웨어 necessary네서세^r리 to투 promote프^r러모우트 the^ð더 projects프^r라젝츠 in인 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), require^r리콰이어 regular^r레귤러 members멤버즈 to투 report^r리포트 on안 their^ð데어 business비즈니스 and앤드 accounting어카운팅 and앤드 issue이슈 necessary네서세^r리 orders,오더즈 as애즈 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 or오 bylaws.바일로즈

④중앙회는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 정회원의 업무 및 회계에 관한 사항을 감사할 수 있으며, 정회원이 중앙회의 감사를 거부 또는 방해하거나 기피한 때에는 중앙회는 주무관청에 필요한 조치를 하여줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2015.2.3>

⑤중앙회는 제4항에 따른 감사 결과 시정이나 그 밖의 조치가 필요한 사항이 있으면 정회원에 대하여 그 시정이나 그 밖의 필요한 조치를 하도록 명하고 그 감사 결과를 즉시 주무관청에 보고하여야 한다.

⑥ 정회원은 제5항에 따른 조치를 요구 받으면 2개월 이내에 필요한 조치를 하고 그 결과를 중앙회에 알려야 한다. <신설 2015.2.3>

⑦ 중앙회는 정회원이 조치 기간에 필요한 조치를 하지 아니하면 1개월 이내에 제5항의 조치를 할 것을 다시 요구하고, 그 기간에도 이를 이행하지 아니하면 주무관청에 필요한 조치를 하여줄 것을 요청할 수 있다. <신설 2015.2.3>

1. 공동사업지원자금은 다음 각 목의 재원으로 조성한다.

다. 금융기관의 출연금 또는 차입금

라. 그 밖에 정관으로 정하는 수익금

2. 제1호에 따른 공동사업지원자금은 다음 각 목의 사업을 위하여 사용하여야 한다.

(c)시 Joint조인트 purchasing,퍼처싱 sales,세일즈 and앤드 domestic더메스틱 and앤드 overseas오우^v버시즈 sales세일즈 channel채늘 development디^v벨럽먼트 projects;프^r라젝츠

라. 국내외 규격인증 획득 및 해외 조달 시장 진출 사업

마. 정보화 및 혁신역량 강화 지원 사업

바. 그 밖에 정관으로 정하는 사업

⑨ 중앙회는 회원의 이용에 지장이 없는 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 회원 외의 중소기업자에게 제8항제2호의 사업을 이용하게 할 수 있다. <신설 2025.12.2>
