중소기업진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제70조(공유재산의 양여 등)

①지방자치단체의 장은 법 제68조제7항에 따라 중소벤처기업진흥공단에 공유재산을 양여하려면 중소벤처기업진흥공단과 양여계약을 체결하여야 한다. <개정 2019.4.2>

②공유재산의 양여에 관하여 이 영에서 정한 것 외에는 「공유재산 및 물품관리법」에 따른다.
