중소기업은행법 제36조의3(차환을 위한 채권의 발행)

중소기업은행은 중소기업금융채권을 차환(借換)하기 위하여 일시적으로 제36조의2제2항의 금액을 초과하여 중소기업금융채권을 발행한 경우에는 발행 후 1개월 내에 그 발행액면금액(發行額面金額)에 해당하는 종전의 중소기업금융채권을 상환(償還)하여야 한다.
