중소기업수출지원센터의 설치 및 운영 등에 관한 규정 제4조(수출지원센터의 인원)

①중소벤처기업부장관은 수출지원센터의 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 수출지원기관의 장에게 소속 공무원 또는 직원의 파견을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 미리 당해 수출지원기관의 장과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

②제1항의 규정에 따라 공무원 또는 직원의 파견을 요청받은 수출지원기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 업무수행에 적합한 자를 선발하여 수출지원센터에 파견하여야 하며, 파견기간중 수출지원센터에 파견된 직원(이하 "파견직원"이라 한다)을 복귀시켜야 할 경우에는 미리 중소벤처기업부장관과 협의하여야 한다. <개정 2017.7.26>

④중소벤처기업부장관은 수출지원센터의 업무를 처리 또는 보조하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 민간의 수출 관련 전문인력을 예산의 범위 안에서 활용할 수 있다. <개정 2017.7.26>
