중소기업기술 보호 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조(조정부의 구성 및 운영)

① 위원장은 법 제25조제3항에 따라 분쟁의 조정신청이 들어온 날부터 15일 이내에 법 제25조제1항에 따른 조정부(이하 "조정부"라 한다)의 장을 지명하여야 한다.

② 조정부는 조정부의 장을 포함하여 3명 이상 5명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

③ 조정부의 위원은 위원회의 위원 중에서 조정부의 장이 지명한다.

(3) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 panel패늘 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 panel패늘 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee.커미티

④ 조정부의 회의는 공개하지 아니한다. 다만, 법 제27조제2항에 해당하는 경우에는 사건의 당사자 또는 참고인으로 하여금 방청하게 할 수 있다.
