중소기업기본법 시행령 제7조의4(관계기업의 평균매출액등의 산정)

① 관계기업에 속하는 지배기업과 종속기업의 평균매출액등의 산정은 별표 2에 따른다. 이 경우 평균매출액등은 제7조에 따라 산정한 지배기업과 종속기업 각각의 평균매출액등을 말한다. <개정 2011.12.28, 2014.4.14>

② 제1항에 따른 지배기업과 종속기업이 상호간 의결권 있는 주식등을 소유하고 있는 경우에는 그 소유비율 중 많은 비율을 해당 지배기업의 소유 비율로 본다.
