중소기업기본법 시행령 제4조(주된 업종의 기준)

① 하나의 기업이 둘 이상의 서로 다른 업종을 영위하는 경우에는 제7조에 따라 산정한 평균매출액등 중 평균매출액등의 비중이 가장 큰 업종을 주된 업종으로 본다. <개정 2014.4.14>

② 제3조제1항제2호다목의 경우에는 지배기업과 종속기업 중 평균매출액등이 큰 기업의 주된 업종을 지배기업과 종속기업의 주된 업종으로 본다. <개정 2014.4.14>
