중부내륙연계발전지역 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제10조(협의회의 운영)

① 공동위원장은 각자 협의회를 대표하고, 협의회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 협의회의 회의는 공동위원장이 서로 협의하여 소집하고, 의장은 공동위원장이 협의하여 정하는 시ㆍ도지사가 된다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 co-chairpersons코우-체어퍼슨즈 in인 consultation칸설테이션 with위^ð드 each이치 other,어^ð더 and앤드 the^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 officer오^f퍼서 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Mayor/Do메이어 Governor거^v버너 determined디터먼드 by바이 the^ð더 co-chairpersons코우-체어퍼슨즈 in인 consultation.칸설테이션

③ 협의회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 by바이 the^ð디 affirmative어^f퍼머티^v브 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 공동위원장은 협의에 필요하다고 인정하는 경우 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이나 관계 공무원 또는 이해관계인을 출석하게 하여 그 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 협의회의 의결을 거쳐 공동위원장이 정한다.
