중대범죄수사청과 그 소속기관 직제 제36조(소속기관에 두는 공무원의 정원)

① 중대범죄수사청의 소속기관에 두는 공무원의 정원은 별표 3과 같다. 다만, 필요한 경우에는 별표 3에 따른 총정원의 10퍼센트를 넘지 않는 범위에서 행정안전부령으로 정원을 따로 정할 수 있다.

② 중대범죄수사청의 소속기관에 두는 공무원의 직급별 정원은 행정안전부령으로 정한다. 이 경우 4급 수사관의 정원은 175명을 상한으로 한다.

③ 제2항 후단에 따른 4급 수사관의 정원 중 「행정기관의 조직과 정원에 관한 통칙」 제12조제3항 및 제14조제4항에 따라 중대범죄수사청의 소속기관에 두는 보좌기관 및 보조기관의 정원은 110명을 그 상한으로 한다.

④ 중대범죄수사청의 소속기관에 두는 공무원의 정원 중 3명(6급 1명, 7급 2명)은 법무부, 8명(6급 1명, 7급 5명, 8급 2명)은 국세청, 5명(6급 2명, 7급 2명, 8급 1명)은 관세청, 37명(경정 2명, 경감 8명, 경위 11명, 경사 16명)은 경찰청, 2명(경사 1명, 경장 1명)은 해양경찰청, 2명(5급 2명)은 금융위원회 소속 공무원으로 각각 충원해야 한다. 이 경우 중대범죄수사청장은 충원 방법 및 절차 등에 관하여 해당 기관의 장과 미리 협의해야 한다.
