Special Act on the Promotion of Growth and Strengthening of Competitiveness of Mid-Sized Enterprises, Article 25-2 (Revocation of Confirmation of Mid-Sized Enterprise Status)

① 산업통상부장관은 중견기업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 제25조제2항에 따른 확인을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 확인을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>
