중ㆍ저준위 방사성폐기물 처분시설의 유치지역지원에 관한 특별법 제6조(유치지역지원 시행계획의 수립)

① 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 지원계획을 시행하기 위하여 소관별로 유치지역지원 시행계획(이하 "시행계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency에이전시 shall섈 establish이스태블리시 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 host호우스트 area에^r리아 support서포트 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "implementation임플러멘테이션 plan")플랜 for^f포 matters매터즈 under언더 the^ð디 agency's에이전시즈 jurisdiction주^r러스딕션 in인 order오더 to투 implement임플러먼트 the^ð더 support서포트 plan.플랜

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 전년도 시행계획의 추진실적과 다음 연도의 시행계획을 위원회에 제출하여야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 relevant^r렐러^v번트 central센트^r럴 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 agency에이전시 shall섈 submit서브밋 to투 the^ð더 Committee커미티 the^ð더 performance퍼^f포먼스 of어^v브 the^ð더 previous프^r리^v비어스 year's이어즈 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 and앤드 the^ð디 implementation임플러멘테이션 plan플랜 for^f포 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 year.이어

③ 시행계획의 수립절차ㆍ요건 및 내용에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
