주한미군기지 이전에 따른 평택시 등의 지원 등에 관한 특별법 제20조(부담금의 감면)

국가 및 지방자치단체는 평택시개발사업과 국제화계획지구 개발사업의 원활한 시행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 평택시개발사업의 시행자와 국제화계획지구 개발사업의 시행자에게 「개발이익환수에 관한 법률」ㆍ「농지법」ㆍ「초지법」 및 「산지관리법」이 정하는 바에 따라 개발부담금ㆍ농지보전부담금ㆍ대체초지조성비 및 대체산림자원조성비를 감면할 수 있다. <개정 2005.7.21, 2008.3.28, 2011.7.25>
