주택법 시행령 제66조(위원이 아닌 사람의 참석 등)

① 위원장은 제63조 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 해당 사업장의 사업주체ㆍ관계인 또는 참고인을 위원회의 회의에 출석하게 하여 의견을 듣거나 관련 자료의 제출 등 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다.

② 위원회의 회의사항과 관련하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 및 사업주체는 위원장의 승인을 받아 회의에 출석하여 발언할 수 있다.

③ 위원장은 위원회에서 심의ㆍ의결된 결과를 지체 없이 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 제출하여야 한다.
