주택법 시행규칙 제15조(공사착수 연기 및 착공신고)

① 사업주체는 법 제16조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 단서에 따라 공사착수기간을 연장하려는 경우에는 별지 제19호서식의 착공연기신청서를 사업계획승인권자에게 제출(전자문서에 따른 제출을 포함한다)하여야 한다.

② 사업주체는 법 제16조제2항에 따라 공사착수(법 제15조제3항에 따라 사업계획승인을 받은 경우에는 공구별 공사착수를 말한다)를 신고하려는 경우에는 별지 제20호서식의 착공신고서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 사업계획승인권자에게 제출(전자문서에 따른 제출을 포함한다)해야 한다. 다만, 제2호부터 제5호까지의 서류는 주택건설사업의 경우만 해당한다. <개정 2020.4.1>

③ 사업계획승인권자는 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 착공연기신청서 또는 착공신고서를 제출받은 경우에는 별지 제21호서식의 착공연기확인서 또는 별지 제22호서식의 착공신고필증을 신청인 또는 신고인에게 발급하여야 한다.
