주차장법 시행령 제12조의15(기계식주차장의 정밀안전검사 실시시기)

① 법 제19조의23제1항제3호에 따른 정밀안전검사를 최초로 받아야 하는 날은 기계식주차장이 설치된 날부터 10년이 속하는 정기검사의 유효기간 만료일(이하 이 항에서 "만료일"이라 한다) 전 180일부터 만료일까지이고, 해당 검사기간에 적합판정을 받은 경우에는 만료일에 정밀안전검사를 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2018.10.23>

② 법 제19조의23제1항제3호에 따른 정밀안전검사는 제1항에 따른 최초 정밀안전검사를 받은 날부터 4년이 되는 날(이하 이 항에서 "만료일"이라 한다)의 전후 각각 31일 이내에 받아야 하고, 해당 검사기간에 적합판정을 받은 경우에는 만료일에 정밀안전검사를 받은 것으로 본다. <개정 2018.10.23>
