Enforcement Decree of the Parking Lot Act, Article 12-13 (Dismissal of Members, etc.)

국토교통부장관은 위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉(解囑)하거나 그 임명을 철회할 수 있다.
