주차장법 시행령 제11조(기존 시설물)

① 법 제19조제11항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 시설물"이란 단독주택, 공동주택 또는 오피스텔로서 해당 시설물의 내부 또는 그 부지 안에 부설주차장을 추가로 설치할 수 있는 면적이 10제곱미터 이상인 시설물을 말한다.

② 제1항에 따른 시설물에 추가로 설치되는 부설주차장의 설치방법 등에 관하여 필요한 세부적인 사항은 지방자치단체의 조례로 정할 수 있다.
