Act on External Audit of Stock Companies, etc., Article 48 (Concurrent Imposition of Imprisonment and Fine)
제39조제1항에 따라 징역에 처하는 경우에는 같은 항에 따른 벌금을 병과한다.
Where imprisonment with labor is imposed under Article 39 (1), the fine under the same paragraph shall be imposed concurrently.
