주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률 제30조(위반행위의 공시 등)

① 증권선물위원회는 회사 또는 감사인이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 금융위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 그 위반사실이 확정된 날부터 3년 이내의 기간 동안 해당 위반사실을 공시할 수 있다.

② 증권선물위원회는 제26조제1항제1호ㆍ제2호에 따른 감리 결과 및 이에 대한 증권선물위원회의 조치내용을 금융위원회가 정하는 바에 따라 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하고 거래소(대상회사가 주권상장법인인 경우만 해당한다)와 대통령령으로 정하는 금융기관에 각각 통보하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 금융기관은 증권선물위원회로부터 통보받은 내용을 신용공여의 심사 등에 반영할 수 있다.
