주세법 제6조(주류의 규격)

① 알코올분의 도수는 섭씨 15도에서 전체용량 100분(分) 중에 포함되어 있는 알코올분의 용량으로 한다.

③ 주류에는 「식품위생법」이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 위생 관계 법령에 위반되는 유해한 성분이 포함되어서는 아니 된다.
