주민소환에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(서명요청 방법)

① 소환청구인대표자는 법 제9조제1항에 따라 주민소환투표청구권자에게 서명을 요청할 때에는 소환청구인서명부에 소환청구인대표자 증명서 또는 그 사본을 붙여야 한다.

② 소환청구인대표자는 법 제9조제2항에 따라 서명요청권을 위임하는 경우에는 수임자(受任者)의 성명과 위임기간 등을 적은 소환청구인대표자 서명요청권 위임신고서를 관할선거관리위원회에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 관할선거관리위원회는 수임자가 주민소환투표청구권자인지를 확인한 후 즉시 소환청구인대표자 서명요청권 위임신고증을 내주어야 한다.

③ 제2항에 따른 수임자는 법 제9조제1항에 따라 주민소환투표청구권자에게 서명을 요청할 때에는 소환청구인서명부에 소환청구인대표자 서명요청권 위임신고증 또는 그 사본을 붙여야 한다.
