주류 면허 등에 관한 법률 제9조(법인 전환에 따른 면허등의 승계)

면허등을 받은 자가 그 사업에 관한 모든 권리와 의무를 포괄적으로 승계시켜 법인으로 전환하는 경우에는 제3조제1항, 제4조 및 제5조제1항에서 정한 시설기준과 그 밖의 요건을 갖추어 관할 세무서장에게 면허등의 승계를 신고하여야 한다. 이 경우 제7조에 따른 면허등의 제한에 해당하지 아니한 경우에는 해당 법인이 면허등을 받은 것으로 본다.
