종합부동산세법 제24조(매각ㆍ등기ㆍ등록관계 서류의 열람 등)

관할세무서장, 관할지방국세청장 또는 그 위임을 받은 세무공무원이 종합부동산세를 부과ㆍ징수하기 위하여 주택 및 토지 등 과세물건의 매각ㆍ등기ㆍ등록 그 밖의 현황에 대한 관계서류의 열람 또는 복사를 요청하는 경우에는 관계기관은 그 요청을 따라야 한다. <개정 2020.6.9>
