종자산업법 시행규칙 제23조의3(무병화인증의 기준)

① 법 제36조의2제2항에 따라 무병화인증을 받으려는 종자업자가 갖추어야 하는 무병화인증의 기준은 별표 3의2와 같다.

② 제1항에 따른 무병화인증의 기준에 관한 세부 사항은 국립종자원장이 정하여 고시한다.
