제2연평해전 전사자 보상에 관한 특별법 제6조(보상금에 대한 이의신청)

① 제5조에 따른 국방부장관의 결정에 대하여 이의가 있는 유족은 이를 통보받은 날부터 30일 이내에 국방부장관에게 보상금에 대한 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 이의신청이 있는 경우 국방부장관은 보상금 지급여부 및 지급금액에 관하여 다시 심사하여 이의신청이 있는 날부터 30일 이내에 신청인에게 서면으로 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 심사 및 통보 절차에 관하여는 제5조를 준용한다.
