제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제31조(벌칙)

Special Act on Investigation of the Truth about the Jeju April 3 Incident and Restoration of Honor of Victims, Article 31 (Penalty Provisions)

① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람은 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2022.1.11>

(1) A어 person퍼슨 falling^f팔링 under언더 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 five^f파이^v브 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 50 million밀리언 won:원

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 이 법에 따른 보상금등을 받거나 보상금등을 받게 한 사람

2. 제7조제1항을 위반하여 위원회ㆍ실무위원회의 위원, 직원 또는 자문기구의 구성원이나 감정인을 폭행 또는 협박하거나 위계로써 그 직무집행을 방해한 사람

② 제29조를 위반하여 영리를 목적으로 단체를 조직하거나 단체적인 활동 또는 개인적인 활동을 한 사람은 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

③ 제7조제2항을 위반하여 비밀을 누설한 사람은 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
