제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제18조의3(다른 법률에 따른 보상 등과의 관계 등)

① 이 법에 따른 보상은 제주4ㆍ3사건과 관련하여 「국가유공자 등 예우 및 지원에 관한 법률」 또는 「보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률」에 따른 예우 또는 지원을 받는 사람에게는 적용하지 아니한다.

② 제주4ㆍ3사건과 관련하여 「국가배상법」 등에 따라 국가나 지방자치단체로부터 배상 또는 보상을 받은 사람에게는 이 법에 따른 보상금을 차감 지급하여야 한다.

③ 이 법에 따른 보상금등의 지급 결정에 신청인이 동의한 경우에는 제주4ㆍ3사건과 관련하여 입은 피해에 대하여 「민사소송법」에 따른 재판상 화해가 성립된 것으로 본다.
