제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 시행령 제13조의3(가족관계등록부 작성 또는 정정에 관한 결정 신청에 대한 사실조사 등)

① 실무위원회는 제13조의2제1항에 따른 신청을 받은 때에는 다음 각 호의 조치를 할 수 있다. 다만, 제3호의 조치는 유족 또는 이해관계인이 없는 등 특별한 사정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 해당 조치를 해야 한다.

② 실무위원회는 제1항제3호에 따른 신청 사실의 통지를 한 날부터 60일 동안 제주특별자치도의 인터넷 홈페이지에 해당 신청 사실을 공고해야 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 shall섈 announce어나운스 the^ð더 fact^f팩트 of어^v브 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 on안 the^ð더 website웨브사잇 of어^v브 Jeju제주 Special스페실 Self-Governing셀^f프-거^v버닝 Province프^r라^v븐스 for^f포 60 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 notification노우터^f퍼케이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 fact^f팩트 of어^v브 the^ð디 application애플러케이션 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) 3.

③ 신청 사실에 대한 의견이 있는 유족 및 이해관계인은 제2항에 따른 공고 기간 내에 별지 제7호의5서식의 가족관계등록부 작성 또는 정정 결정 의견서에 의견을 소명할 수 있는 증빙자료를 첨부하여 실무위원회에 제출할 수 있다.

④ 실무위원회는 제13조의2제1항, 이 조 제1항 및 제3항에 따른 신청서, 제출서류 및 제출자료 등에 관한 사실조사를 실시한 후 조사 의견을 첨부하여 위원회에 심의ㆍ의결을 요청해야 한다.

⑤ 위원회는 제4항에 따른 실무위원회의 요청을 받은 날부터 180일 이내에 심의ㆍ의결하고, 그 결과를 지체 없이 실무위원회에 통보해야 한다.

(5) The^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 deliberate딜리버^r럿 and앤드 resolve^r리잘^v브 within위^ð딘 180 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð더 request^r리퀘스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (4), and앤드 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 Working워킹 Committee커미티 of어^v브 the^ð더 result^r리절트 without위^ð다웃 delay.딜레이

⑥ 실무위원회는 제5항에 따른 통보를 받은 경우에는 그 내용을 지체 없이 신청인과 제1항제3호에 따른 유족 및 이해관계인에게 통지해야 한다.

⑦ 제13조의2제1항에 따른 신청이 인용된 사람의 명부 작성, 열람 및 사본 제공에 관하여는 제11조를 준용한다.

⑧ 제1항부터 제7항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 가족관계등록부 작성 또는 정정에 관한 결정에 필요한 사항은 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
