제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제62조(입학 방법 및 절차)

① 국제학교 학생의 선발지역은 전국을 대상으로 하고, 학생의 지원에 따른다.

② 국제학교 학생의 입학전형은 선발고사, 추첨, 학교생활기록부, 적성검사, 실험ㆍ실습, 면접 등의 방법에 따라 국제학교의 장이 실시한다. 이 경우 국제학교의 장은 입학전형방법 등 입학전형에 관하여 도교육감의 승인을 받아야 한다.

③ 입학(재입학, 전학 및 편입을 포함한다)의 방법과 절차에 관하여 이 영에서 정하지 아니한 사항은 도교육감의 승인을 받아 국제학교의 장이 정한다.
