제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제59조(교과용 도서의 사용)

① 국제학교의 교과용 도서는 학교 교육과정에 맞추어 국내외에서 출판된 도서 또는 해당 국제학교의 장이 편찬한 교재 중에서 제2항에 따른 교과용도서선정심의회의 심의를 마친 후 국제학교의 장이 결정한다. 다만, 법 제228조제2항에 따른 국어와 사회 교과의 교과용 도서는 국가가 저작권을 가지고 있거나 교육부장관이 검정 또는 인정한 교과용 도서를 사용하여야 한다. <개정 2025.11.25>

② 교과용 도서의 선정에 관한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 국제학교에 교과용도서선정심의회를 둔다. <개정 2025.11.25>
