제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제30조(공무원의 파견요청 등)

① 개발센터는 법 제181조에 따라 공무원, 법인 또는 단체의 임직원의 파견을 요청하려는 경우에는 국토교통부장관과 미리 협의하여야 한다.

(1) When웬 the^ð더 Development디^v벨럽먼트 Center센터 intends인텐즈 to투 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 dispatch디스패치 of어^v브 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 or오 officers오^f퍼서즈 or오 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 corporations코퍼^r레이션즈 or오 organizations오거너제이션즈 pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 181 of어^v브 the^ð디 Act,액트 it잇 shall섈 consult컨설트 in인 advance어드^v밴스 with위^ð드 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Land,랜드 Infrastructure인^f프^r러스트^r럭처 and앤드 Transport.트^r랜스포트

② 개발센터는 제1항에 따라 협의를 요청하는 경우에는 파견인원, 파견기간, 파견요청 사유 및 자격요건을 적은 서류를 국토교통부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.
