제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법 시행령 제25조(국유재산의 임대 등)

① 법 제165조제4항에 따라 국가가 소유하는 토지, 공장, 그 밖의 국유재산(이하 "토지등"이라 한다)의 임대료는 해당 토지등의 가액(價額)에 1천분의 10 이상의 요율을 곱하여 산출한 금액으로 한다.

② 법 제165조제5항에 따라 토지등의 매입대금은 1년의 범위에서 납부기일을 연기하거나 20년의 범위에서 분할 납부하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 분할납부기간에 적용되는 이자는 연 4퍼센트를 초과할 수 없다.

③ 법 제165조제6항에 따른 토지등의 임대료 감면율은 해당 토지등 임대료의 100분의 75의 범위에서 해당 토지등의 관리청(「국유재산법」 제28조 또는 제42조제1항에 따라 위임 또는 위탁을 받은 자를 포함한다. 이하 같다)이 정한다.

④ 법 제165조제6항에 따라 토지등의 임대료를 감면받으려는 자는 해당 토지등의 관리청에 감면신청을 하여야 한다.

⑤ 토지등의 매각과 임대에 관하여 법과 이 영에 규정된 것을 제외하고는 「국유재산법」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
