Special Act on Fostering and Supporting the Pharmaceutical Industry, Article 7-3 (Succession of Status)

① 혁신형 제약기업의 지위를 승계받고자 하는 기업은 그 지위의 승계를 보건복지부장관에게 신청하여야 한다. 이 경우 지위의 승계를 위한 신청 방법 및 절차 등은 보건복지부령으로 정한다.

② 보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따른 신청이 있는 경우 위원회의 심의를 거쳐 보건복지부령으로 정하는 사항을 고려하여 지위의 승계 여부를 결정할 수 있다. 다만, 제1항에 따른 신청대상기업이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 위원회의 심의를 거치지 아니하고 지위의 승계 여부를 결정할 수 있다.
