제약산업 육성 및 지원에 관한 특별법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 제약산업의 체계적인 육성ㆍ지원과 혁신성 증진 및 국제협력 강화를 통하여 제약산업의 발전기반을 마련하고 외국 제약기업의 국내투자유치환경을 조성하여 제약산업이 국제적인 경쟁력을 갖추도록 함으로써 국민의 건강증진과 국가경제의 발전에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
