제대군인지원에 관한 법률 제5조(이 법에 따른 지원을 받을 권리의 발생 및 소멸시기)

① 이 법에 따른 지원을 받을 권리는 제4조제1항에 따라 지원신청을 한 날이 속하는 달부터 발생한다.

③ 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 제4조제1항에 따른 지원신청을 한 경우에는 이 법에 따른 권리가 발생한 날로 소급하여 지원받을 권리가 소멸한다.
