정치자금법 제4조(당비)

①정당은 소속 당원으로부터 당비를 받을 수 있다.

②정당의 회계책임자는 타인의 명의나 가명으로 납부된 당비는 국고에 귀속시켜야 한다.

(2) The^ð디 accounting어카운팅 officer오^f퍼서 of어^v브 a어 political펄리터클 party파티 shall섈 have해^v브 party파티 dues두즈 paid페이드 in인 the^ð더 name네임 of어^v브 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 or오 under언더 a어 false^f폴스 name네임 revert^r리^v벗 to투 the^ð더 National내셔늘 Treasury.트^r레저^r리

③제2항의 규정에 의하여 국고에 귀속되는 당비는 관할 선거관리위원회가 이를 납부받아 국가에 납입하되, 납부기한까지 납부하지 아니한 때에는 관할 세무서장에게 위탁하여 관할 세무서장이 국세체납처분의 예에 따라 이를 징수한다.

④제3항의 규정에 의한 국고귀속절차 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다.
