Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Improvement of Mental Health and the Support for Welfare Services for Mental Patients, Article 30 (Requests for Re-review)

① 법 제60조제1항에 따라 재심사를 청구하려는 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 내에 시ㆍ도지사에게 재심사를 청구해야 한다. <개정 2019.10.22>
