정신건강증진 및 정신질환자 복지서비스 지원에 관한 법률 시행령 제28조(정신건강심사위원회의 구성 및 운영 등)

① 법 제54조제1항에 따른 광역정신건강심사위원회 및 기초정신건강심사위원회(이하 "정신건강심사위원회"라 한다)에 위원장 1명과 부위원장 1명을 각각 둔다.

② 정신건강심사위원회의 위원장은 정신건강심의위원회의 부위원장이 되고, 부위원장은 정신건강심사위원회의 위원 중에서 각각 호선한다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 a어 mental멘틀 health헬^θ스 review^r리^v뷰 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 mental멘틀 health헬^θ스 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 committee,커미티 and앤드 the^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 mental멘틀 health헬^θ스 review^r리^v뷰 committee.커미티

③ 정신건강심사위원회 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

④ 정신건강심사위원회의 위원장은 해당 위원회에서 의결된 사항을 정신건강심의위원회의 위원장에게 보고하여야 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지의 규정에서 규정한 사항 외에 정신건강심사위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 세부사항은 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 각각 정한다.
