Act on the Implementation of Advertising by Government Agencies and Public Corporations, Article 16 (Penalty Provisions)
제12조를 위반하여 비밀을 누설한 사람은 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
A person who divulges a secret in violation of Article 12 shall be punished by imprisonment with labor for not more than one year or by a fine not exceeding 10 million won.
