정보통신산업 진흥법 제5조(정보통신산업 진흥계획)

Information and Communications Industry Promotion Act, Article 5 (Information and Communications Industry Promotion Plan)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관은 정보통신산업의 진흥에 관한 중ㆍ장기 정책목표 및 방향을 설정하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 정보통신산업 진흥계획(이하 "진흥계획"이라 한다)을 수립ㆍ시행하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26, 2024.2.13>

② 과학기술정보통신부장관은 진흥계획의 범위에서 연차별 계획을 수립ㆍ시행할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>

③ 진흥계획 및 제2항에 따른 연차별 계획의 수립ㆍ시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
