기금의 운용ㆍ관리에 관한 중요한 사항을 심의하기 위하여 「국가재정법」 제74조에 따라 과학기술정보통신부에 기금운용심의회(이하 "심의회"라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2017.7.26>
