정보통신공사업법 제63조(공사업자의 지도ㆍ감독 등)

① 시ㆍ도지사는 등록기준에 적합한지, 하도급이 적절한지, 성실하게 시공하는지 등을 판단하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정하면 공사업자에게 그 업무 및 시공 상황에 관하여 보고하게 하거나 자료의 제출을 명할 수 있으며, 소속 공무원으로 하여금 공사업자의 경영실태를 조사하게 하거나 공사자재 또는 시설을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 조사 또는 검사를 하는 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.

③ 시ㆍ도지사는 필요하다고 인정하면 정보통신공사의 발주자, 감리원, 그 밖에 정보통신공사 관계 기관에 정보통신공사의 시공 상황에 관한 자료의 제출을 요구할 수 있다.
